It's because when the Windows 10 Start menu is enabled, I redirect explorer.exe to using a legacy version of AppResolver.dll which is needed so that pinning stuff from File Explorer windows works for the Start menu.. There's no easy fix. It's why I am against using old versions of libraries, stuff like this can happen. Web1 day ago · Obviously I have internet. I uninstalled the new version and reinstalled 22621.1344.53.1 and everything is working normally but I am being reminded that there is a new version. I'll wait to try updating until this is fixed. I have this issue on two different machines and it was resolved by dropping back to an earlier EP release.
