I have CSP EX, and it lets me choose more than 24 frames when I make a new animation, (unlike pro and debut) but once I hit ok, the timeline only displays 24 frames, and once I reach that 24 frame limit, I can not add more. #animation. So if you think your issue might be like mine then you just need to go to Settings> Update & Security> View installed update history> Uninstall updates then find your latest update, select it, and right click to uninstall it!
